Loyalty program accounts will be identified by the member’s registered phone number or by provided card number only. The same contact number registered for loyalty card will be considered for redemption of points on the next purchase.

The points are redeemable by the bearer at the FCBL flagship store only. Points are not redeemable in cash, are non-transferrable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, schemes, discounts or silver articles.

Points are awarded on the Net total of the purchase value. 1 % points will be allotted on one purchase value. 1 point will be equal to Rs.1

Maximum points redeemed at one time can be 20% of the purchase value.

When you refer a new customer/friend in that case, on any purchase done from us you will also get 1 % Loyalty points on the first purchase value of that customer.

In case of sale return within 30 days Loyalty points will be deducted in proportion to the sale return value.
